At Lunaire Sleepwear, we want your order to arrive with you safely, quickly and beautifully packaged. ✨

🇬🇧 UK Delivery

Standard Delivery — £3.95
Please allow 2–4 working days for delivery after your order has been dispatched.

Free UK Delivery — Orders over £75
Spend £75 or more and we’ll cover the cost of standard UK delivery.

Express Delivery — £6.95
Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday will usually be dispatched the same working day. Please allow 1–2 working days for delivery.

📦 Processing & Dispatch

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

During busy periods, launches, sales or promotional events, dispatch may take a little longer. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information where applicable.

🏠 Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Lunaire Sleepwear cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you realise you’ve entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to amend it before your order is dispatched.

📮 Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears to be delayed, please allow the full delivery timeframe to pass before contacting us.

If your parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the delivery provider to resolve the issue.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, particularly during busy periods, bank holidays or circumstances outside of our control.

Lunaire Sleepwear is not responsible for delays caused by the postal or courier service.
